Very good service.
We drive three hours to Union Oral Surgery for our dental and botox needs. The office ladies are always welcoming and work with our travel needs. Dr. Ricciuti is very professional and has a fantastic sense of humor. He makes you feel at ease with your procedure and follows up with care. His dental assistant, Gracie, is very sweet and knowledgeable when answering questions about my procedure. We love Union Oral Surgery!
I was EXTREMELY nervous during my consultation and even more nervous during the actual procedure, but the staff was fantastic and very accommodating to my needs/nerves. Dr. R was my surgeon and even though I was scared, I trusted him. (Sorry I can’t spell out his name!) He is very straight to the point and means business. His assistant the day of my surgery was absolutely amazing and I’m upset I didn’t catch her name because of my nerves and the medicine. We talked about family, our jobs and school. You guys actually need a 5 star plus! It was a wonderful experience to have my wisdom teeth removed. Every single staff member is a gift! I pray our good Lord will bless all of you abundantly!
I recently got all four my wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Ricciuiti, and the procedure went perfectly. I went home with minimal pain and swelling, and was back at school in three days. I also appreciated the help from Melanie and Gracelyn for helping me get the procedure done, and also for getting me in so fast on a short notice. I highly recommend Dr. Ricciuiti and the staff at Union Oral!
