Wonderful and caring staff- both front desk and the medical team. Dr. Hayward has an excellent bedside manner- makes everything much more comfortable. Not crazy hard to get an appointment (which is a big plus). Also, they seem to manage time well, as I have never been left waiting in the room for more than a short while. Excellent practice! Five stars for sure!!!
Thankful for this OB/GYN office! I got to see Chantal LaDuke who is very kind thoughtful and helpful! She looked at my history before I came to my first appointment and was able to really help as well as be proactive with the care for my baby and me! I was very impressed and thankful to be cared for so well! All of the staff I met were kind and helpful. I had a cough and they offered me water! My two toddler boys came with me to my appointments and they were also treated with kindness and greeted with a smile. I highly recom... read more
