Would have given 5 if Jeanette receptionist wasn't so rude. Talked over me while trying to explain who my doctor is. All smiles with other staff.
My mom came to your location as she has always done and she came in for lower back pain and the doctor that was there sent her for some x rays and all of that but never gave her a diagnosis and the doctor that was there didn't bother to give her any kind of medicine or anything,so tell me why did a regional hospital tell her that she had two compression fractures in her spine when your doctor couldn't even do there job the right way im very very and extremely disappointed in you guys thats why i only gave you a one star cuz ... read more
The single most horrible experience I have ever had with any health care provider in my whole life. We waited almost an hour AFTER being checked into an exam room. When the provider came in, he already had his mind made up that because of my daughter's history, he was not going to do a damn thing for her. We tried to explain she had new symptoms, a sore throat and swollen glands since the last time we were in there. He refused to even examine her, did not look at her throat or touch her neck, never mind test her for strep or... read more
