I had carpet tunnel and cubital tunnel surgery at the end of January from Dr. Thibodeaux and everything seemed fine. Went to my post op appointment, she removed the bandages and stitches. She said they looked good, keep them clean, she would see me in 4 weeks. The next morning I woke up and my elbow incision was leaking something and had opened. I was referred here by my doctor. I had my appointment with the doctor then immediately came to this facility as instructed to. When I got there, the lady at the counter was extremely rude and refused to see me. I explained to her that I am supposed to be here to get looked at as I can barely walk and my spine is giving out. She told me “not everyone can just walk in here and see someone this is not a clinic.” She would not listen to what I said. I was seen by Dr. Jeremiah Palmer for shoulder pain. He had x-rays done then said it would heal and gave me a shot in my shoulder.( which lasted 4 days). He would not order an mri. So, after 4 more weeks of pain, i went to ortho Indianapolis! Had an mri and I have a bone spur which is cutting into a tendon so we have an operation scheduled. I will never go to dr. Palmer again!!!!
