First time at the doctor's. Everyone there was very nice and very clean place. Dr. Paulard Bernard is very professional. She asked me questions and listened to me. I would definitely recommend her to family and friends.

Great clinic and outstanding staff, they go above and beyond to make to make sure their patients are being taking care of.
The front desk staff was incredibly rude and dismissive. They acted like I was inconveniencing them by asking questions about my insurance. The nurse seemed uninterested, and the overall atmosphere was cold and unwelcoming. This office needs to work on its customer service. I wouldn’t recommend this office to anyone looking for thorough and professional care.
