The front desk staff was incredibly rude and dismissive. They acted like I was inconveniencing them by asking questions about my insurance. The nurse seemed uninterested, and the overall atmosphere was cold and unwelcoming. This office needs to work on its customer service. I wouldn’t recommend this office to anyone looking for thorough and professional care.

Great clinic with a friendly and professional staff. The nurse practitioner Paulard is amazing. She has great bedside manner, listens carefully, and answers all questions thoroughly. Highly recommend!
