Place has great promise and is probably a great scene in the warmer months. We were there in February and a cold day at that. Great choice of food and shopping. Some of the servers seemed extremely jaded and unfriendly (I get it, the GP sucks) but some just had no business being in hospitality.
Spoiled for choice here.

With everything in DC, this place is pretty expensive. On top of that, I got a $45 parking ticket in the lot. This was my fifth time coming here, and I finally decided to say something. I’ll keep it simple: the expensive food items ($17 and up) taste very good. The cheaper options ($15 and under) range from average to “you’re charging $15 for this?!” It’s hit or miss depending on what you order. The only pizza spot there is phenomenal.
