Nicole was our server and did a fantastic job. Was very attentive and was knowledgeable on the menu and all of the items we had. The food was excellent and the atmosphere was lovely. They have a ton of TVs so it is a great place to watch any event. I would highly recommend Union to anyone in the area.
Hostesses were rude and gave us dirty looks . I thought hostesses were supposed to make you feel welcomed . Very disappointed and will not ever be eating here again .
This place had a great vibe with a spacious outdoor patio and plenty of TVs to watch sports if that is your thing. The staff was friendly and attentive. The food left much to be desired. All of the food tasted just meh, the ranch was the most flavorful! No flavor no seasoning. My hot chicken sandwich had no spice and Im a lightweight for heat. Shrimp and grits was lacking flavor. Nice place to get a drink and chill but wont be going back for food.
The best thing about this place was my waitress, Jennifer she was warm & personable. She really tried to ensure we had the best experience. This establishment should have Jennifer train the hostesses, because they acted as though our presence was an interruption to their work instead of the reason for it. They surprisingly did not have much in the way of vegan options so settled on vegetarian and ordered the mashed potatoes and sauteed mushrooms, which was good but bland.
