I went in today to have links taken off of my watch, and I received such a warm welcome from Joseph, a helping hand and so much info regarding my inquiry into lab grown diamonds vs mine diamonds! I’ll definitely be a permanent customer! Friendly, knowledgeable service goes a long way, and they have it!
Came in to get some jewelry authenticated and whoever the guy was working the front was weirdly dismissive and seemed like he didn’t want to help me. Odd experience overall
I was in a rush to get ready for an outing and stopped by this jewelry store for assistance with a watch I purchased from another store. Despite it being a simple piece of cosmetic jewelry, the owner was so nice and swift with removing a link from the watch as a favor. His generosity alone meant so much and I have since referred their business to many family members and friends!
Great service and pricing, just got my earring stem soldered on for 1/3 of the price other stores were trying to charge me and they cleaned my earrings for free. 10/10
