Came in to get some jewelry authenticated and whoever the guy was working the front was weirdly dismissive and seemed like he didn’t want to help me. Odd experience overall
I was in a rush to get ready for an outing and stopped by this jewelry store for assistance with a watch I purchased from another store. Despite it being a simple piece of cosmetic jewelry, the owner was so nice and swift with removing a link from the watch as a favor. His generosity alone meant so much and I have since referred their business to many family members and friends!
Great service and pricing, just got my earring stem soldered on for 1/3 of the price other stores were trying to charge me and they cleaned my earrings for free. 10/10
Excellent experience all around. Came in to check out the selection for a gold chain. Had an excellent collection. Ended up getting just a ring and though I wanted the chain I wanted some time to think about it before making a big purchase. Gave no pressure. Few weeks later I came for the chain. Will be back for other items in the future. Thanks!
