If I could give less than one star I would. They replaced my gas water heater for $1585.00. While they were there one of the workers fell through my ceiling causing $750.00 worth of damage. They refused to pay for the repair, he said it was not their responsibility! I asked for paperwork on the new water heater, I have never received anything, no information at all about it. I will never use this company again. 2 years later and I found out the water heater was not installed up to code! I have to have additional work because... read more

In nov. 2017 I had Union Jack Plumbing to install my Rinnai tankless water heater . I have no idea where it was purchased from as I was never furnished an invoice of any type. Only provided a total of charges for installation. November of 2021, I begin getting a code 11 error . I called UJP and they came in a few days. Karl immediately determined it need to be flushed .
