My daughter has been going to physical therapy here for a few months. She sees Maria and has seen Lisa a couple times. It took a while to get a regular spot but it was worth it. The therapists do their best to make every moment count while still being respectful of our daughter who is only 14 months and isn't a big fan of doing therapy. They are very caring, knowledgeable, do a wonderful job at educating me on ways to help her at home, and are so proactive at anticipating and meeting her needs. I started taking my daughter here about 6 months ago and the amount of improvement she’s made is amazing! Love this place and her speech therapist.
Worst place to take for speech therapy. Started my son 6 months ago and the appointments are not consistent(every 3-6 weeks) and the therapist has canceled on us 4 times already. Told we would be on a weekly schedule at the first of the year for the next 6months. Went to the first appointment of the new year and the therapist herself informs me she will be on leave for 16weeks with no replacement and her patients would not be seen. Would’ve been nice to know before hand so we could have found a more consistent place sooner.
This is the worst place to take your child! They do not care what so ever! My son started at the beginning of Jan and has only been seen 3 times he should have been seen 7 times by now! They either bumped him out of his spot for someone else or just completely cancelled! Went in on one of the apts because I received the confirmation got in there and they had cancelled without my knowledge! I made sure that he was on for the following week they told me yes.
