Union Home Mortgage has been excellent to work with throughout the mortgage process. The videos that are sent informing me of the status of the loan are very helpful in explaining the current step as well as "where we go from here". I really appreciate that UHM continues to service the mortgage even if it is sold down the road so that I always have a local person I can contact if there are issues. When I was refinancing several years ago Jamie Stocks came highly recommended by a family member. I had such a good experience with her that time (even though we never actually met in person because it was during COVID), that I knew I wanted to work with her again when I was buying a new place. She was so helpful and friendly and patient, and Sarah on her team was just as excellent. They do a great job of explaining a process that can be very overwhelming and making it much less daunting.

This guy's amazing, a little bit shorter than you'd expect. But he came through on every possibility there was. NEVER tried to sugar coat a thing. Fought for my wife and I untill the very end. I recommend him like no other. Any and all future buyers should use this guy. Salesman wise hes a bit of a bummer, which personally I thought was great because he wasn't trying to put a dress on a cow and call it a lady. Man called a spade a spade even when it was red. Amazing as always! We will continue to bring our business and that of our family and friends your way! For a large business to have employees that are able to keep that small business, treat you like family, remember your name feel, while still able to get the job done quickly and amazingly efficiently is something to be praised!
