While we did get our house purchase financed with them, I would never use them again. At one point during the process, Kim called me and launched into application details regarding someone else's house purchase. No one on her side confirmed who I was before telling me all these details. When I started questioning the numbers they were giving me, they asked me "Are you not 'First Name Last Name'?" My overall experience with UHM was great. This was my first home purchase and I loved that my loan officer Nicholas Massey was helpful and supportive with each step of the process. He provided excellent communication and made the home buying process so easy.
