While we did get our house purchase financed with them, I would never use them again. At one point during the process, Kim called me and launched into application details regarding someone else's house purchase. No one on her side confirmed who I was before telling me all these details. When I started questioning the numbers they were giving me, they asked me "Are you not 'First Name Last Name'?"
