This company is receiving a star, only because I have to give at least one to leave a review. I thought having Steve Nardin for a mortgage broker for purchasing a house was a horrible event, now being on the other end as a seller is ten times worse. We were supposed to have closed on July 29th, and today (October 12th) we are no closer to closing. He is now giving all the paperwork back because we contacted management due to his lack of communication. I could make a really long list of complaints, but I am too angry to go on... read more
