We missed our closing date because of mishaps from this lender. Really basic actions that should have been done weren’t until the last minute. Transfer of loan afterward was informed to us from the new lender…just poor service overall from this team. Only saving grace is the strong effort from their West coast team to help us close the day after. There is no way I’d work with this company again.
