The apartment had a rodent infestation I lived here for 3 years. The first 2 were fine, but over the last 8 months of my lease there was a rodent infestation in the ceiling. I sent in numerous maintenance requests over the course of 8 months that all went unaddressed. I only got a response when I threatened to call the public health department. Two of my best friends live here and just recently we came back from dinner and the air wasn’t working (it was reading 84 degrees- same temperature as outside). Within minutes of my friend calling emergency maintenance, the repair man called her and told her they’d be brining window units and would check the HVAC. Within 1.5 hrs, window units were installed and they had service checked the HVAC. I live in another apartment off the plaza and my property management is terrible. I’ve been living here almost 14 yrs I love the friendly people and the location is perfect! I had planned to be here forever, but have since changed my mind 😢 The new management is lacking, compared to the old management, when it comes to getting maintenance orders done in a timely manner Some works orders are not even turned in on important issues like air conditioning, in this heatwave
I’ve lived at Union Hill Place for about a year now and I’ve never been so happy living in an apartment Just a half mile walk to Crown Center and Union Station makes it perfect if you want to enjoy the luxuries of downtown but live in a quite neighborhood. There’s also all then fun of the bars and restaurants in Martini Corner a few blocks away. Do you like finding broken glass, used needles, and getting your car broken into? Then this is the place for you! Also don’t pay for parking - just go park in the parking lot. Sure you might get your car broken into, but there’s no gate to keep you out.
