Do not rent here! Union Hill inappropriately withheld my security deposit upon moveout. One month prior to moveout I was sent an email specifically instructing me NOT to repair any holes in the walls left by nails, screws, or anchors. I intentionally emailed them to confirm this because I had purchased supplies/paint to repair the minor holes left by the anchors myself (a very simple job), and they again confirmed "don't worry about it".
