RecommendedI have been living at Union Hill for the past 2 years- in the apartments and now in the townhomes. The neighborhood of the townhomes is very cute and quaint; it is a great location to walk around at almost all hours. Union Hill gym is also included in rent which is awesome!
Union Hill is such a great place to live! Location is perfect, amenities are great and the price can't be beat! Office staff and maintenance are very friendly and helpful. I've lived here for 3 years and couldn't be happier!
Staff is very helpful and easily accessible. They address any issue or concern in a timely manner and strive to constantly improve their services to residents. Would certainly recommend Union Hill!

I've lived at Union Hill in a studio apartment for over a year and love it! The layout of the studio is great and leaves plenty of room for storage with a walk-in closet/in-unit laundry. The included amenities (parking garage, pool, gym) are an added bonus you don't often receive in this area of the city. They have top-notch customer service and treat tenants very well.
Very kind staff, incredibly convenient location if you work in the Hospital Hill district and it's very safe! Everyone is quick to respond to any questions you have, and the gym is included which is awesome!

Quiet beautiful walkable neighborhood close to everything including downtown and crossroads. Management is great. Free gym. Secured buildings with in apartment security systems and underground parking. I have lived here 4 years and would definitely recommend.
My roommate and I have loved living at Union Hill for the past year. The area, buildings, and gym are all super clean and update. We also love the extra levels of security at Union Hill.
