The services of Union Hearing Aid Centre deserve more than 5 stars! Everytime I need service, they provide it in the most professional way. The aftersale service is the best so ever I have received. Since 1998, I have so far used 4 pairs of hearing aids from different service providers. Union Hearing Center have exceeded all services provided by other providers in every respect. My son is a bi-lateral recipient of the 1st generation Kanso Cochlear Implant. Over the last decade, when ordering supplies from Union Hearing, it has always been a pleasure to deal with Maria and her staff. The supplies have always arrive at my house, well packaged in a timely manner as promised. I had a great experience at Union Hearing Aid Centre. I want to especially thank my hearing instrument specialist, Kinu, who was incredibly helpful, kind, and professional. She really took the time to understand my situation and found solutions that were tailored to my needs. I always felt listened to and supported during our appointments, and she was quick to respond whenever I had questions. It made a big difference to work with someone who genuinely cares.
