I have two kiddos that have required service from UHAC for the last 12 years. They both use bilateral Cochlear implants. I also wear a bone bridge implant and have always used UHAC for my needs as well. Our family has always received outstanding service. Each member of the team at Union Hearing Aid Centre shows genuine concern for their patients and takes the time to listen carefully to your needs. Their expertise is exceptional, especially in guiding me through the different hearing-aid options and fine-tuning the settings. They were also very helpful in setting up and explaining the Bluetooth connectivity, which made a real difference in day-to-day use. We have had such an incredible experience with Union Hearing Aid Centre. UHAC has provided me with service and support for over a decade -- and they have never let me down! They're always quick to respond to my calls or e-mails and they really do know their business. Maria Lima, the manager of the C.I. department, has proven herself to be widely knowledgeable of all the latest products and their capabilities.
