I’ve been coming to this salon for over a decade. I’m eternally grateful for the ability of this group (I usually see Kara, but also have loved Yumi and Margaux) to help style, color and basically make my hair look the way it does. Such a confidence booster! I feel like I get a big city look in my favorite town, Durham, thanks to this crew.

As a male it’s sometimes hard to get well layered semi long hair but I can’t believe how spot on Margaux delivered the exact cut I brought to her! Thank you so much, I have a place to trust my hair now definitely fixed to union now.

Hands down the best stylists and colorists in Durham (and Chapel Hill, and Raleigh)! Truly, if I could give 10 stars to Kara Pezzimenti, I would. She’s been cutting and coloring my curly mane for 21 years, even during Covid when she let me come to her home so she could cut it in her back yard. She has built a fantastic team at Union! I’d go to any of them!

Love my Babylights by Yumi today! Yumi spends the time listening to what you want and then delivering amazing results. I always leave with gorgeous hair.
