Dumpy complex. Whoever does the maintenance must be the leftover picks that couldn't get hired anywhere else.
The Staffis Somewhat Friendly. They are Only Somewhat Helpful. As With any Government Agency they do What they Want realizing there is Very Little in the Line.Of Accountability. Keep This in Mind When You Deal With Them.
