Its a nice comfy place to live especially for a first apartment. The staff are attentive and kind. The neighbors are polite, and the landscape is pretty clean. There is an overwhelming smell of pot through the hallway and sometimes it seeps into our room which isnt the best since we have a child but other than somewhat slow maintenance at times, its a nice place to live. We will definitely renew our lease as long as the rent stays reasonable. :)
Would NEVER EVER tell anyone I love to move to this place! Constant issues with the apartment, rats, rat feces, leaks in the tub, heat always breaking, hallways has horrendous smell because everyone smokes in the hallways (next to people on oxygen). Apartment smelled like rat piss every time I turned on my oven. I've been living here for 2 years the apartments are nice the area's nice I love it sometimes they don't answer the phone when you call office

I currently live there. Other than the building doors issue, I love my apartment. It's homey.
