Last week their guy Chris worked on my central air. He said the motor was bad. I replaced it yesterday only to find that now nothing ran. Their office said I would get a service call yesterday. Around 7pm their manager called me and said there have been problems about their office rep not getting calls out to the repairmen. . When I voiced my mistrust to their manager this morning about Chris damaging something that ended in their manager hanging up on me. I said I found Chris unsure of himself and unable to explain the technology he was working with clearly. Today a Stipes repairman found in about 5 minutes that indeed the control fuse was blown. replaced, and all was running perfectly. In short, how much worse could Union Fuel have dealt with this? Not even their Contact webpage will work right.

Outstanding I had them install a new Carrier Infinity heat pump at my house. The great customer service started from my very first call to their office until it was installed. Great people.

Nice people seems like the work is good. Have to get my home inspected yet. they told me I did not need permits, went to take them out on my own. left me with an oil leak in the fuel tank because they did not tighten the filter on the oil tank. they came and tightened it but did not clean the oil spill, told me what to by to clean it, they did not have enough powder to clean. my house smells like oil. they do not wear boots in your home and track oil all over. if you think this is all good service feel free to give them a call.
