Friendly staffs
Order flowers from here online for Valentine's Day. I received a confirmation email that my flowers would be ready the next day. I called in the morning and their phone was going straight to voice mail so I drove down there around 2pm because there site said they close at 6pm and the place was closed with the gate locked. I never received a phone call or email from here saying it was ready or that they were closing. I'm not stuck the day after Valentine's day scrambling for a gift before I head to dinner
Wedding bouquet ordered. I arrived to a regular bouquet. We were charged $74. The white roses were bruised and browning. She was very disappointed in the shape of the bouquet as well as the fullness. The staff were polite. Once I informed him it was for a bride. He swiftly wrapped the stems and added push pins.
Zero stars!! Horrible. Spent $150 for flowers and got a terrible arrangement. Looked nothing like the picture.
