Wish I could give this place more than 5 stars! The community is clean, spacious, convenient, and the staff is amazing (thanks to Stephanie, Perry, and Maria). They are very reasonably priced, newly built and have all of the amenities, plus pet friendly which can be hard to find when renting. I would highly recommend Union Flats to anyone looking for a new place to live.
Recently out of college and I found my perfect home away from home. Excellent fitness facility and pool area where you meet friendly faces. From retired to just starting their careers, everyone is pleasant and happy. The staff has the upmost respect for all their residents and are quick to help in any way they can. Incredible staff, and beautiful apartment. When I moved in I walked into my apartment and there was a move-in gift on the counter and party trays in the refrigerator. Talk about a warm welcome home. I love this place �
I moved here for a temporary work assignment, originally from Minnesota, and Union Flats could not have done a better job at making me feel right at home. Their service and amenities are incredible, and the location is really good as well. The friendliness of the staff and neighbors is the winning factor for this place. I have been living here for a little over a month. I have a one bedroom and I find that it is perfect for my needs. For a one bedroom apartment there is ample storage, and the walk in closet is huge.The location of Union Flats is convenient to all of life's needs but is located far enough away from the main road so that you don't hear the traffic. The fitness center is open all of the time and I'm able to access whenever I like. The staff is wonderful. They will assist you in finding an apartment that you love.
I have lived here for a little over three months now. I am very happy with my decision to move here. The buildings are secure, there is very little foot traffic through the building, and even if there was, I wouldn't hear it because the walls are very thick. The apartment is well made and the kitchen is my favorite. The countertops offer a lot of space and make it a joy to cook. I would really recommend checking out this apartment for your next choice, and if you decide to come, you will not be disappointed.
We love living at Union Flats! We just moved here from VA and love our new apartment. The people in the front office are super nice! The apartments are beautiful and even have granite countertops in the bathroom. We would definitely recommend!
