The office manager was supposed to do my video tour. but however she refuses to do them I specifically asked a question and maybe this is a reason why she will not do it I specifically asked if these windows are really good insulated because there is only one unit in this apartment that Heats and cools your apartment and they have it in the living room and she refuses to do a video tour. visit maybe this is a clue on staying away from these apartments
Love it! Minor issues just like everywhere else but here Benny from maintenance will take care of you the next day. Great service from office staff anytime there is an issue Irene and Stephanie take care of it immediately. Thank yall so much
Don't move here if you have other options. They have roaches and mice. The elevator is down every other week. Maintenance doesn't fix anything. People in the office are scammers so I suggest you pay your bills online and not give them any money. Office workers will go in your mailbox and your home while you're not present. They watch to see when you leave. There has been numerous car break ins and packages stolen but they will do nothing besides tell you to lock your doors like they weren't locked in the first place. Living here going on 4 years, have had some minor issues but they have all been resolved. Benny from maintenance is excellent and so is Irene the property manager.
