We love living at Union Flats! We just moved here from VA and love our new apartment. The people in the front office are super nice! The apartments are beautiful and even have granite countertops in the bathroom. We would definitely recommend!
I absolutely love living here. The community is well maintained by the maintenance staff and the office staff is always friendly and ready to help. I relocated here from out of state for work and Stephanie made the application and move-in process painless. The community is safe and quiet and the residents are friendly. There is a nice size dog park with toys and water for my fur baby. I really enjoy calling Union Flats my home.
Seeing how management cares for the property and its tenants, they clearing take pride in their work. Starting with the initial tour, through the application process, to well beyond moving in, management has been nothing but enthusiastic and helpful. I haven't lived in such a great place before and I doubt I'll find such a place in the future
I was visiting my Daughter, who lives there. I live in California and am originally from Pa., I would like to thank the staff there for treating me as tho I was one of their family. My daughter's job takes her out of town at times and when that happened, I felt safe and knew if I needed any help or anything at all, the office was there for me. If ever I moved back to Pa., I would definitely live there.
I'm new to this area and I wanted to find a place that was safe, had apartments in a working condition, staff that was reliable, and not that far from grocery stores and shopping areas. Union flats fit all those necessities. The apartments are brand new so you know the apartments are up to date and not broken. It has a gym, pool, fire pit, pool game, and a business area for printing needs. The staff is responsive to any questions and concerns that I have and are there to help me. I've been having a wonderful experience living at Union Flats so far. Between the exquisite clubhouse, outdoor pool, and fitness center, the property offers a delightful living environment with a convenient location.
Love the community and the staff, the construction is all done in our side and it is awesome. The staff is amazing and super helpful! I enjoy living at Union Flats in Mechanicsburg and would totally recommend this place for anyone who is looking for a new home in Mechanicsburg, PA!!!
Union Flats is like living in a hotel. The staff is wonderful and there for anything we have needed. Stephanie, Perry, and Cameron are the best. The apartments are beautiful and Kinsley Construction have done a beautiful job. The clubhouse is gorgeous. There is anything anyone would want or need at Union Flats, Mechanicsburg. Can't wait to use the pool and fitness center. A great place to live and close to grocery stores, other stores, and a great school district to sent children to.
