I called ahead and confirmed they could help me file my taxes even though I didn’t have the 1095-A form, only the information. I was placed on hold and told I could come in. When I arrived, the employee had a very dismissive attitude from the start and then refused service, saying I would have problems without the form. I was also asked to prove my child lived with me, which felt unnecessary and uncomfortable.
