I brought the draft control valve off of my Ford Jubilee tractor for the service department to check out. I called a couple of times for two weeks but it wasn't touched. Finally I called on Monday afternoon to say I was coming there Tuesday morning to pick it up whether they worked on it or not. When I arrived Chris in service took me into the shop and showed me my draft control that he had worked on Monday evening to get it done. He apologized for the time it took and didn't charge me for the work he had done. That's class.... read more
Friendly, knowledgeable sales and service; we have had excellent experiences with everyone at Union Farm. We got a Kubota tractor a few years ago and a new lawnmower this year. We wouldn't go anywhere else!
I purchased a new eu3000 genorater and used it 6 months out of the two years I owned it. Keep in mind it has a 3 year warranty. I dropped it off in September and have just picked it up in march in the Same condition I dropped it off in. So they played me alone for 6 months only to tell me that they won't stand behind there warranty and neither will Honda. Yet I have a 9 year old hushvana that is still working and is a rust bucket. They told me berrings gone in genorater and engine should have 100 lb compression and has only ... read more
