I have had 2 different practitioners at this office. J Tinapay and Lindsay Phillips. Both were wonderful, but Lindsay is the first time I had this high level of care since childhood. She will sit and listen, and more so than that, is willing to do testing to rule out and get to the bottom of what the issue is. I honestly can not sing her praises enough.
Poor customer service. No one was in the office waiting we were 15 minutes late, but they have a 15 minute grace period. By the time they would help us and check with the doctor they claimed we were 17 minutes late, and wouldn’t see us.
