I would give 0 star. Had an appointment today for my daughter at 2pm . The office had called in the morning asking us to call them back to confirm the appointment. I had called back at around 11:50a to confirm only for the office girl to tell me they had cancelled my daughter's appointment and filled it with someone else. They had not instructed beforehand that they were going to cancel our appointment, they just went ahead and did it. Had we shown up to the appointment we would have been screwed.
