I only wish that our Federal Government was as honest and helpful as he Union County Tax Commissioner's Office. I spoke with Mr. Lee Knight who I believe is the Tax Commissioner. He was so down to earth and spent a lot of his time helping me. Thank you!
My experiences when interacting with the clerks at the front desk has often been poor. For a professional environment, some of these clerks are not professional in how they interact with the public. Also, getting a minimal amount of information about a title was like pulling teeth. I felt like the clerk whom I spoke with when I initially called on Monday, was honestly a bit lackadaisical, which is not the kind of attitude you expect when you are trying to handle business. The courthouse and annex is a great facility and the all if the staff I interacted with were very friendly and helpful. I was in and out with my new Union county documents in less than ten minutes!
