Jose Polanco was incredibly rude to my mother who is 74 mistreated her yelled at her over concerns she had regarding her health. I do not appreciate that a patient is treated poorly by a “professional” despite his frustrations with the patients he should alway maintain a professional attitude. I will report this facility to the better business borough. Never go to this facility .

I understand having long wait times due to COVID, however I have called numerous times on different days and each time I wait on the phone for 20-30mins only to be hung up on! Their phone service is horrible!
