Sat outside for over an hour waiting for them to get back from lunch. An hour and 15 minutes go by and I hop onto their facebook page to see theyve updated their hours on there but not the front door. Wouldnt have been so bad had the woman not came to the door 3 times and not bother to tell me they were closed after seeing me sit there in front of the door for over an hour.
The vet seemed entirely uninterested in helping our dog. We had to sit in the exam room with our pet suffering while we could hear him discuss at length all of his opinions on night fishing. When we finally did see him, he BARELY glanced at the dog mumbled a few rude words before disappearing again for another twenty minutes. Let us be clear, the ladies were very nice. Not much of a vet in my opinion. Jared charged $35 to tell me the sex of my rabbits. He didn’t even know if they were boys or girls!!! He had to have a nurse come in to tell him!!!! The front lady said he normally never charges for things like that. I guess he just picks who he wants to charge.
I will never bring any of my animals to any other Vet. Dr. Graves works hard and is caring to all animals and their families. I have never had a bad experience. 10/10 will recommend to anyone ever in search of a Vet!
We just moved to the area and inherited a few dogs with the place. One suddenly got sick the other day, the animal hospital got him a fast diagnosis and provided the proper treatment. We have one happy boy thanks to the animal hospital for being so thorough!!
Everytime we've taken any of our pets here, they've treated them(and us!) so well. I help my grandmother by taking her dog in sometimes as well so we've been here quite a lot. We appreciate you guys!
Reasonable pricing, nice and make you feel welcome and comfortable, honest, and got things done in a timely matter.
These people saved our dog's life! We had to take our RoHo to the emergency vet and they said that he needed to be put down.. instead we brought him home, took him to our regular vet the next morning and Dr Moore knew immediately what was wrong and how to treat him! They admitted him, gave him meds to treat his seizures and I fluid to keep him hydrated. By that afternoon they saw some improvement, then by the next morning a lot more!
