Their staff are rude, and no one seems to care to pick up the phone. They are not responsible including Doctors.
The dental department is understaffed and overworked, I get that. This still doesn't excuse their discourtesy. Neither does it excuse how they knowingly allow patients to leave messages that will never be responded too. Here I am, leaving messages for weeks, only to find out, from their mouth, "no one checks those messages." Conveniently located or not, it's best to find another practice. Maybe one not full of dental school students and rude receptionists.
I had one of the worst experience at union community health center. The receptionist is rude to me, after I was seeing the doctor, another came in and insulted me,. My dentist assistant was insulting my mental condition that I was being crazy.
