My recent experience at your facility was disappointing. The prolonged waiting periods, both for general and urgent care, were unexpectedly lengthy and contributed to significant frustration. Additionally, the conduct of the reception staff did not meet professional expectations.
Waiting too long urgent care . They said opens 11 then they keep carrying chains and other stuff until 11.40 . Few people ahead us but never called them.
