I went to this dentist having never been awake for an extraction before. I was afraid and I cried, and my dentist told me "I'm not even doing anything and you're crying" in an annoyed tone of voice, which is such a mean and cold thing to say to somebody who has trusted you with their care. I will not be returning.
Dr Ferguson the dentist there seems to have a problem with people coming in there that have qualified for a low or no bill because of their income. He makes rude comments about money refers people to a surgeon and make statements like (now you're going to see what it really costs) Maybe he ought to retire or leave and go somewhere else so that they could get a professional dentist in there that has the patience best care and priority and actually cares for the patients not whether they're paying or not!
