I went there in September , It took 3 people to finally get good x-rays of my tooth. The second try was the Dentist who was going to work on my tooth and removed my glasses to get the x-rays. Later when I asked her where my glasses were, she started looking for them where she had laid them but they weren't there, When she turned around to look at me I saw that she was wearing them. Jahaira, the front desk reception was exceptionally unhelpful and rude. I showed up 15 minutes early to an appointment after having left work early so that I could arrive on time, found out I was meant to go to New Holland the town and not the New Holland Avenue location and was hopeful that I could be accommodated since the company has a ten minute grace period and I was on my way there. The front desk office workers are friendly, and try to work with you when scheduling appointments, but that’s where the positive feedback stops. They told me our 8-year-old daughter had her first cavity, only to go to another provider and be informed there was no cavity to be seen. We would never have known this if we didn’t have to switch providers in the first place, which we had to do because the Union Community Care office staff told us they were in-network with our insurance provider, only to find out in the billing pro... read more
I am sorry for the people that had bad experiences. I am so grateful for Dr Lee & Mayka EGDA !!!! They are the greatest team since 🥜 peanutbutter & jelly !!! very rude doctor, simple anesthetic injection was unbearably painful that I refused to continue, stood up and walked away.
