Thank you Andrew , he went up and above , what a great experience . I went to get an estimate for a small accident , as I arrived I was promptly issued a rep and Andrew reviewed the damage and says I think we can fix most of this , I said great how much and he was like give me a few minutes . Few minutes later, he came out with some liquid, polish clothes and electric buffer and I went home with the problem 95 percent fixed. Then he says NO CHARGE !!! I almost fell over .
