It shows why these guys have a 4.9. My wife’s Benz was in a hit a run so we knew we were in for some pricy repairs but Mike and his team were fair, honest and exceeded our expectations. You can tell the little things matter to this business. It was refreshing to get a quick turnaround along with a car wash after dropping it off completely filthy. You can’t go wrong with this place.
I had a fantastic experience at Union Collision. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and welcoming. Mike evaluated my car and suggested trying to buff out the scratch instead of a costly repair, fixing it on the spot in just 15 minutes. He even recommended a spot down the block to grab food with my daughter while I waited and brought the car to me when it was done. I came in to Union Collision to repair a large ding and scratch on the side of my Hyundai. Mike took a look and gave me an estimate for a full repair as well as a significantly less expensive "buff it out and see how it goes" option. While the full estimate itself was quite reasonable, I opted to try the tactical approach. It looks great - and he was even able to complete it that day.
