I absolutely love Union Block Bistro. The food is excellent! I live in Canandaigua but the drive is always well worth it! I always love the mac & cheese dishes or any of the Italian dishes. Anyone I ever go there with, raves about this place. The atmosphere and servers are amazing. The best....
If you have never experienced this small Italian Bistro...You must! if there is a wait....head to the grotto!

Went down stairs to the bar was an hour wait but the bar tender gave us a cozy table in the corner recommended the lobster mac ncheese was so friendly and the food was excellent love the place
We totally enjoyed our steak dinners at the Union Block. We found this place to be a cozy, welcoming spot to have supper. The waiter was friendly and knowledgeable. Lots of choices for beer. This is a quality restaurant......
Consistently well-prepared, well-presented dishes in a laid-back pleasant atmosphere. So many tasty dishes, it's hard to choose. Do not miss the a+++ mashed potatoes! And the vegetables are always cooked and seasoned perfectly. Wine selections and craft brews are also noteworthy.
It was our first time there. Really great everything, but too spicy on the pasta with just tomatoes and garlic. There should be a note about it on the menu. Loved my husband's marsala!
