Lived there for 15 months. New ownership of the apartment is unwilling to work out disputes. Will just send you to collections without notice after refunding your deposit. Location is great except on home games for the KC Current unless you are going to the game. No effort has been made to fix traffic on KC current game days. Crime is also an issue around the complex. 2 stars. Lived here from May 2023 to November 2024. Save yourself the trouble. In my experience, the staff at Union Berkley will not show up for you when something goes wrong. A few specifics from my time as a resident: Stolen bike, no support: My bike was locked up in the bike room, an amenity they market as secure. It was stolen in December 2023. DO NOT APPLY HERE THEY WILL SCAM YOU Before applying for an apartment I reached out to them. I was hesitant due to the reviews of the management being terrible. I was informed that I could get a refund of the admin fee if there was any issues or if I would like to cancel. Immediately after paying $250 they stopped responding to everything.
