UPDATE in hopes of keeping this close to the top as they’ve clearly offered more incentives For 5 star reviews. DONT BE FOOLED!! READ THE REAL REVIEWS or you will be in for quite the surprise. I am at the tail end of a 15 month lease. I won’t be renewing due to carrier geography changes, but I would resign were my situation different. Staff are super nice (there was one very nice lady who was kind of useless, but I think they got rid of her). The guy with the cute dog rocks and the other lady rushed here in the middle of the night when my balcony door locked. If I could give zero stars, I would. My daughter lives alone in this complex and was shocked and terrified when four men entered her apartment unannounced while she was home — without any prior notice, without a maintenance request, and began taking photos of her bathroom and closet. When she asked why they were there, they claimed it was a "wellness check." This is absolutely unacceptable and a clear violation of her privacy, rights, and sense of safety. RUN away now, worst management ever! Do not trust what anyone says in the leasing office. Trevor is charming in words and does not provide lease end forms required for not renewing your lease. Talked to him in March 2025 and HE did not give any worthwhile information. At July lease end you get jammed because the form is not filled out and Trevor is clueless as to any conversations. What happens is they don’t provide lease end information and when you leave the building you are charged double rents and hold over fees. BEWARE ... read more
