Lived here for 15 months. Highly highly recommend taking pictures of unit day of move in (scratches on floor and granite) as I did not and deeply regret because they charged me nearly $1200 upon moving out. We maintained the apartment very well, never paid rent late, never had issues with other residents. My security deposit was $1250 as I didn’t have credit at the time. I have lived at union berkeley riverfront for two years, and it’s been a wonderful experience!! I have had no issues and loved the amenities. The coffee, gym, pool, and pickleball courts were also nice to have as frequent study breaks!
Great location that allows dogs. Staff is very friendly and so is the community
Union Berkley is a great place to live. Whitney is great to work with.
