I was feeling down about myself cause im having a lot of health problems, and went outside and meet this one lady she talked to me for about five minutes and it turned my feels for the better. I would love to say thank you Ms Lisa Wareikis from service assistant. The WORST hospital ever!! They won’t allow my 4 year old daughter to visit her great grandmother, which will most likely be the last time she sees her. Nor would the nurse allow my family members to bring her down to the lobby.
The only reason they get a star is because one security guard and one doctor were compassionate, and seemed to listen to what I was actually saying. I’m appalled at the way I was treated over your nurses gave me a bunch of sedative medication, which I mentioned in passing to the Doctor who saw me that morning and she said she would adjust and spread out from that point forward, and then she adjusted my pain medication they were giving and then she left. Worst experience of my life. While waiting in the wait room for over 6 + hours you're apparently not allowed to rest/sleep while waiting, including it's night time the guards will come by and yell at you to wake up . What in the world talk about not a friendly environment. Including the nurses..... Maybe it's just the emergency room
