I always like go there. Everyone is always so nice
Went to close my account and one manager said they could process it but I would need to return to sign a form. Came back and another manager said they had no idea what form is needed to close an account and I would have to return again since they were not trained on how to close an account. Probably a good reason I’ll never bank here again.
So, I recently opened an account with UBT. I had problems with the UBT I was going to, so I decided to go on my lunch to this location. I came in there a little guarded since my first interaction with UBT was not great. I came in and they were super helpful, went above and beyond, and seemed very genuine. This bank is 25 minutes away from my house, but I will be using this one anytime I need to come in. Thank you very much 😊
I went in to speak with someone and open a bank account to deposit a large amount of money and the bank teller today with blonde hair and glasses. Younger gal... was very rude and disrespectful to me and told me I could leave. Ok ma'am... you just lost my business. Wrong move young child. You do not belong in employment or to deal with the public. I walked outta there so fast. There is no one who deserves my business if you will act like a child and be disrespectful to that extent.
