Was told at this location that I couldn't buy quarters (for laundry) without having an account. Seemed liked nonsense so I walked to another bank a few doors up and had no problems buying quarters. Googled this excuse and found nothing, nothing about this on Union's website, even called Union bank and they had no knowledge of such a "policy"... If a bank actually needs to track you when exchanging dollars for quarters, how else are they watching and sharing information about you?

Union bank was told by a judge to pay me $1,200. In 2006! As of 2019 they now owe me over $20,000 with the interest incurred! After they messed up and took overdraft fees for transactions I never made! And a rep at the company promised to put the money back but never did, then denied he ever said he would put it back. Too bad I recorded him saying he was going to fix the problem! So far I have seen a paltry $59, and it was through a class action lawsuit and not Union Bank of California!
