I had a wonderful experience at this bank today. I unfortunately enjoyed too many hoagies last night at my niece's baptism and needed to use the facilities. That bathroom was so nice, I decided to make all of my deposits there. I opened an account right away! I was a little annoyed that they wouldn't let me leave my child in the safety deposit box I set up. Just had the worst experience filled with lack of service, concern or willingness to support. I’m such difficult times when even a visit to a bank branch takes an effort, I was met with an incredible level of indifference and snobbism by the teller Denise. I hope that I am using the correct name! Coming to this branch for years and always had the best service with Narek who usually handles all our company needs.
