Friendly and helpful staff.
I went to open a back account today and immediately left. None of the employees were wearing a mask. Masks are a city mandate as well as still a requirement by the bank itself. It’s sad that the customers inside were all wearing masks but not the employees. Also, very dangerous to risk the customers health and anyone who comes across them outside of the bank. I will NOT be using Union Bank and would recommend no one else does either.
I have been to this branch more times than I can count in the last two years and nearly every single time their SINGLE outside ATM is broken. It seems that after they "upgraded" their ATMs is when the trouble started. I needed to pull some cash from a non-Union Bank account and I couldn't do it at this branch. They told me that the kiosks inside can only process Union Bank transactions. I had to go find a different bank to use their ATM so I could go back to my bank and deposit the money I had just taken out of a different b... read more
