Honestly the worst customer service. Had to order a new debit card because the chip stopped working but never received it. Ordered another one and never received it. One banker told me that my direct deposit got put into an account that was already closed. Another banker told me the account is empty and they don’t know where my money is. Union as a whole is trash. smh
They are the nicest people! Staff goes out of their way to help even when corporate doesn't. Less staff, means more work but they still serve with a smile!
