They are very friendly and helpful.
Worst bank ever! Didn't inform me i still had money in an account that was meant to be closed. And couldn't help me get ahold of my remaining money within that account either even though i plead with them, and explained that i was a student literally going to school 5+ hours from their branch and there was no other anywhere near my location. No, they still wanted me to drive all the way back to their branch to be able to change my address, and simple get ahold of my own money! Took 3 months to resolve this.. And i promose yo... read more
