I was helped by two women who were very rude and unprofessional, one of the women told me "i don't need your attitude young lady" and refused to help me
There very unfriendly and unprofessional I would recommend this bank to anyone.
Worst experience with this branch. After standing in line for 30 min the branch manager (Diana Martinez) told us they do not have a fax to print out the checking account update form. I sent her an email, hoping the bank can print it out for me. But the story was to come back in 1,5 hour, as the firewall would not authorize it. In a modern world 1,5 hour for accepting an email from an existing customer makes no sense. With no solution offered she was trying to send us away.
