On December 20, 2021, I went to this branch to do a transaction. When I got to the counter to do my transaction, the Teller, she was not pleasant with me. I did a large transaction and she did not ask if I needed to get an envelope; I had to request it. The Teller then had the Branch Mgr, Sandra to come over and she said to me you have to ask for it, in a very rude and disrespectful behavior. However, this is not the first time. The Branch Mgr. You walk in and don't even feel welcome. With having two cashier and four customers in line it took me 30 minutes just to get cash. Never again would I visit..
