Was greeted by a locked door and 6 peering eyes of 3 older women giving me the “what the hell is she doing over here” look. Knew right then this was not going to go well...and she said “we’ll see you then”....NOT. In this day in time, if I don’t feel comfortable in your establishment and treated with equal respect....I’ll keep my business to myself.
I asked the teller for banks statement print out for entire recent month.she said I would able to get it for only the period of the last circle of the account in which the entire recent month which I needed was not included. Then I went to other bank,s branch . thanks to that bank,s teller I got my bank stamantent print out in just a couple minute. woundering why the same bank runs on different way and different customer service!?
They will help if they feel like it and if it's not too close to closing, even if you're coming from states away.
