Can't leave the Tulsa area or they shut your card off. RIDICULOUS. On vacation and denied at a restaurant. Will be closing account upon return.
Don't ever expect to be able to deposit a check and have access to YOUR money for up to 15 days. I've been with this credit union for years and have entrusted them with everything from my payroll deposit to my mortgage, but unfortunately it looks like that's going to have to change.
I loved SandSprings Community FCU. It was more like a community credit union. But congrats to GCFCU - for becoming more like a BANK such a pretty building in Prattville (of course with no lobby on Sat mornings) & then the way GCFCU avoids actual contact with members on the phone is well so very - big city bankish. (Bravo & carry on - thats stuff shirt talk for - swell, hope that works out well for y'all). All sarcasm intended.
